REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the item in its current condition.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Earrings and piercings
- Items with the security seal removed or tampered with
Please inspect your item carefully before removing the seal.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is not personalized
- The item is unused and unworn
- The security seal is fully intact
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- A clear photo of the item is provided at the time of return request
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for custom or personalized items, or earrings and piercings due to hygiene concerns.
For all other eligible products, the fastest way to exchange is to return the item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, including a description and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, production begins—especially for personalized items—and we can no longer accept cancellation or modification requests.
Please ensure all personalization details are correct before completing your purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
